Have you tried turning the receiver off, using the switch at the rear, leaving it a minute then turning it on again?
If this fails then load the early patch, titled Service + Fix patch, once you have a loin ID number again then load the latest patch.

have tried it. but it helped not. login id is blank. anyone other suggestions?
Go to Network setup and check that you have an IP address assigned in IP setup.
If you have an IP address 192.168. blah blah then your box is connected to router OK.
Go to Service+ menu and register again and you should get the login ID back again.

routers are OK, when I press me into service + in the network menu. Type - on. login id is me gray letters. no code. and when I try and connect me up when nothing happens. has been left overnight. nothing happened ... Help!
Install the latest patch from here
https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=147328
Then do a factory reset after installing the patch.
Power off and on
Go to Network setup and check that you have an IP address assigned in IP setup.
Go to Service+ menu and register

Check the Mac Address with the sticker inside your receiver, on very odd occasions this has been reported as changing.
Have you got your IP address set to auto or manual?

Switch off the Spiderbox AND router for a minute, switch on the router and allow two minutes, then switch on the Spiderbox.
