noticed bulsat down on hellas 39e , is that correct,,,,
when i inserted my diablo2 cam( that i have but dont use ) it was then ok!!!?

Have you used this softcam on your spider, as the file suggests that it is ONLY for Technomate?
Don't wanna try this and find out that it corrupts the box??
Only asking because Compass' latest update doesn't open ALL irdeto encryptions on 39E?
