New ver. RC5
Changes in kernel - necessarily to write kernel (check 'copy kernel' in azup),
ofcourse it is necessary only one time
What is new :
- NEW Kernel - allowed to use/install E2 on DOM and Official FW (dofferent kernel-old kernel) to USB stick
- NEW structure/file format - now E2 files/kernel use .e2 extension
NEW AZUp v.2.x.x - use only new .e2 extension
- allow to prepare and install official FW on USB stick
- allow to make Backup ch.list, settings and camd setings/scripts/cfgs from installed Enigma2 and Restore to new fresh E2 installation.
-Added additional control before install : check cpu speed and if overclocked - reset to default value
- Checking free ram (min) needed for some operation
- Checking existing/correct mount for storage device - where you want to install E2.
- Auto switch to rescue mode if AZBox is in E2 mode
- Alsoo now you can see info about loaded E2 File

its getting a little confusing for me as the info is not enough
do we use 2 usb stick one for E2 and one for official fw .

No, you can't use two usb sticks.You can use an usb stick for the original FW and the dom for the E2
There is a readme in azup 2.01 file for how to

The third URL is wrong spelled for some reason.
Some of the letters in the filename have been replaced by dots...

What confuses me a bit is why this image is not available on the main page on the RTi site.

Here it still only says that RC4 from januray, no mention of RC5.
Also from the same page there is a link to the download section, and under the tools section the latest AzUp listed is v1.2.6

Does this mean that the main page not longer maintained?

I have a small problem have placed systems, the RC5 and the official firmw in the deco ELITE and when I am in the official the deco is connected by wifi, instead when I'm in the RC5 can not connect by Wi-Fi, the model of wifi I'm using is the INVENTEC which leads this folder "" RT3070_LinuxSTA_V2.3.0.1_20100208 "" inside leads this "" RT2870STA - RT2870STACard "" and also there is a folder called CHIPS and leads this "" rt30xx.c - rt3070.c - rt3593.c "" so I like that I dijeris something about it last, thanks a lot and salu2 from Murcia Spain:confused:
