connection problem

have a Spiderbox 7000hd connected to net via a wireless network bridge and router, working perfectly at home ,however i took it to my brothers house set up bridge to his router got good signal on receiver but channels would not clear as they did via my router,cant think what the problem could be ,help appreciated

Have you checked that Service+ is still connected?
Have you get the IP Address set to auto or manual?
What ISP is he using and what make/model router?
