How Do You Switch BISS Network On?

Managed to input latest BISS keys onto my TM1500 via 8280 OK, but unable to change the BISS screen on network from OFF to ON. Tried pressing most options on the remote without any movement to switch on. Any help appreciated.

I can't really dig what exactly is the question here,mate.
You have made your biss keys list and now trying to use it,but you don't see it,or what do you mean by "unable to change the BISS screen on network from OFF to ON" ?
Usually when we want to clear a biss-encoded channel,we press 8280 and when the list pops up we pick the proper key-line and press exit and save option.(If the list appears with "OFF" selected for the desired channel,we just press the "down arrow" key on the remote and spot the correct key-line).
If the keys list doesn't pop up we go to : menu>system information>OK and check if the 2 options "CAS Menu" & "BISS menu" are present.If not,we press 2004 on the remote and they appear...
