PVR Files Naming

While recording a Excellent Docu on JDivision last week I realised my PVR was set only to 1/2 Hr or one hour record so taped programme in 2 parts, unfortunately I then renamed both files the same name and now one file is not visible to play although the disk capacity/used space is still the same (so it is still on there),can anyone tell me how I can retrieve file so that I can watch any suggestions would be much appreciated, and before anyone suggests yes I have changed my instant rec time setting.

Sorry to answer my own post maybe someone can make this into a sticky on guides and remove this post, Heres how to make spiderbox see lost files due to "double naming" remove HDrive from spiderbox,plug into PC, re-name lost files (they will be visible on PC) something different from one another,explore said files and ensure you rename all TRP,IDX,IFO and all associated files the same as main folderand when HDrive is plugged back into Spiderbox, they will be recognised by Spiderbox.
