installing gingerbread (android 2.3) to nexus one

u have to download latest unrooted 2.3 google firmware, google it

copy to sd card

put phone into debugging mode

plug into usb on pc.......let it detect and download google drivers

download and install "super one click utility 1.7"

run soc 1.7 and click root

after, download rom manager from app store, and run clockwork patch

choose boot to recovery mode

choose .zip file as above, and choose install.
