S3000hdcci channel order backup?

hello guys, just wondering if anyone knows how to back-up the favourite & channel orders to a usb? poxy power cuts meen i've had to re-organise twice in the last week!
Hope it's possible with this receiver!

do a dump in the USB upgrade menu that will do a complete memory dump onto your USB. everything including firmware, Tom Cobbley and all will be dumped. You can then do a restore from the dump.
