Please don't let a not qualified person interfere with your box.
However, if this happens and you're stuck in the QC menu, (which is nornally reserved to factory personnel), do the following to escape the QC menu (thanks Anrakh):
The QC menu will show up like this (picture 1)
Go to the bottom line and select 'LOAD DEFAULT' and press OK (picture 2)
You will get the message to turn the box off (picture 3), plus turn it off using the switch at the back of the box, wait about 15 secondes and turn it back on
Your box will reboot and will be back to normal setting and nothing will be affected.
