jerking rotation on motech.

I have set up a new motorised sys having done this before without probs.This time however the motor is not turning in a fluid motion say from 30e to 30w it seems to stop at each sat it encounters on its traverse just momentarily until it reaches its destination. Im using spider which drives the other dish perfectly this time however the green light has orange flashes indicating a dis1.2 signal tho its usuals set, its a moteck. All sats are found and chns stored just dont like the jerky stop start function any ideas?

its a common problem on certain motors and has been discussed before on the forums

if you change to diseqc and store the sats you can use it fluidly

otherwise it jerks from one sat to another in usals mode , and only affects certain motors like motek and a few others

You have a Spiderbox HD or M Vision HD set to usals all you have to do is set to diseqc 1.2 store each position manually then it will move correctly a bit of a ball ache :respect-055:
