RC3 upgrade to RC10

I'm about to upgrade to RC10 from RC3 but the instruction look different this time, something about whether I have the new kernel ... I take it I don't put the patch.e2 file on a USB pen drive anymore like I did with the patch.bin ?

Can anyone point me to a thread that spells it out 1 2 3 and so on as I don't want to make a mistake...I#ve had a good search but can't seem to find anything obvious about how I do this

just put your box in resque mode with patch.bin on USB ( RC4 for example)

Install AzUp 2.x.x ( it's in the package off RC10 )

Start AzUp 2.x,x
Set ipadres o0ff box (see VFD )
Select DOM under device
Select Format extended partion under Advanced options
Select Copy kernel under advanced options
Press GO under Install E2/Kernel

Now Azup will ask for the patch.e2, select the file on your PC
