I have successfully applied the patch, I have done the recommended factory reset.

However, my 5402 crashes as soon as Ethernet cable is plugged in VIA router(netgear wpn824 V2 updated to latest s/w), if plugged to modem(virgin) directly then everything works fine (including "online content")...but that way no internet connection in the rest of the house...any ideas? many thanks.

TM is now perfectly working (youtube, webradio, weather....) and more, with my new dlink router.... and netgear router can end up in the bin as tm doesnt seem to like it at all...pity.
