Have a read around other threads on the forum - service+ (gift) is down at the minute and the server is currently being rebuilt. A few channels are working on and off on 16e, and 39e of course is working with a softcam. Patience is the new game!

Not all 16.0E is open at the moment, only Digitalb/Supersports.

Watch your signal levels as they clear and then scramble. It sounds like your motor is moving the dish past the sat.

Are you set up on 16.0E or 15.8E?
This makes very little sense - you should get a rock steady picture or none at all unless you get a picture while your dish passes 16.0E on its way to 13.0E

Yes, Cyfra+ on 13.0E transmits on 10719V 27500
Polsat on 10758V 27500
N on 10934V 27500
Some Zee channels on 11642H 27500

All are frequencies used by Digitalb or close enough to show a signal.

Out of curiosity, I moved my dish to 13.0E and turned it off, setting motor settings to "none"

I still received the following signals on 16.0E

FREQ......S/R....S.....Q
10719V 27500 85% 90%
10757V 27500 84% 92%
10873V 27500 78% 90%
10892H 27500 83% 86%
10930H 27500 83% 90%
10972V 27500 83% 96%
11014V 27500 81% 94%
11055V 27900 81% 94%
11138H 27700 79% 84%
11178V 27500 81% 96%
11283H 27500 79% 92%
11639H 27900 74% 70%

These figures are all significantly stronger than the true signals transmitted from 16.0E

The conclusion is that anyone searching for 16.0E using DiSEqC motor settings should not use the lowest freq. TP 10719V since that is a Digitalb frequency also used by Cyfra+ on Hotbird, but should use TP 10796V 30000 used by Total TV and which has no corresponding frequency on 13.0E.

If you're getting a really strong signal on Digitalb channels, and not clearing them, then the chances are your dish is actually pointing to Hotbird.
