gota motor on yer 500hd??

Positioner Setup|Positioner movement .. Move East.Move West do not work - motor does not move.
The motor does move when I change satellites, so its not the motor or the box.
anyone else??

SOLVED
A bit more investigating ....
I have 3 faulty diseqc switches!!
Put a new (unused one) on and it all works
