Can someone kindly explain what, (NB Recommended CAM settings CAIDs [MAIN], AutoPMT [OFF], Fixed CW [ON], N2 AU [OFF]. Means please.:confused:

Please guys can someone explain what this means I just want to understand the meaning of it.

Generally these are the settings for cam Like the Diablo. Caids are the distinct Ids of the encrypted package e.g the Caid for digitv is 1801. The [Main] part is the name of the list being used, eg the main lists are usually CAIDS, MAIN, UK, each contains a list of encryption ID's within it's list.

N2 AU[Off] was for nagra 2 auto updating the key when it worked as you can see it is set to off as it no longer works.

Fixed CW[ON] are control words that some channels use instead of an encryption key.

AutoPMT[off] Not sure about this , I think its a method of getting the CAID without having the information in The CAIDs[MAIN] file.
