when i go to sat search then motor setup, then go the individuable sats then use left or right to find sats i cannot find 10/16e.

best way is reload the channel list. which list are you using?

look in spider section for channel lists,download it,unzip it,put it on usb stick
put it in spider,press menue on remote go to usb,press ok on remote,press green button on remote scroll down to channel list press ok then yes
channel list now loaded

can you get any sat's at all?..[if so which one's]..are you using usals or diseqc to find the sat's?..have you set it on a working transponder for the sat you want [assuming that you havn't loaded a channel list]..

yes i can get quite a lot 5-7-8-.9- 13-15-19.2-21.6-23.5-25.5-26-28.2-3o.5-e some west channels, i am using usals,no i havnt set the transponder.

30.5e arabsat where are you based need a very big dish in uk for 30.5e are you in the middle east also 15e is probably 15.8e and therefore 16e

i would like to thank barrysat for his help and the assistance he gave me. now i am stuck with finding out the box number wich barrysat said i need to complete the set up of the box. the company who sold me the box k-direct have since moved where i dont know

i am stuck with finding the number of the box, the company who i bought the box from has gone where i dont know, barr---t says i need this to complete the installion. also what is service plus and how do i install it

box number is used ONLY for registering on the spider website afaik.you need to press MENU>NETWORK>1111 then you should see service+ second from the bottom of the list.i presume you have the latest patch etc?
