help/advice needed spiderbox & official viasat card

As I recently bought a spiderbox a couple of months ago I'm a beginner with this stb but I have a strange problem.

I have a subscription to a suite of channels that expires on 31 may and as we currently have a very limited gift I thought I would use my official subscription in the spiderbox 9000.

when the gift went down completely my card worked but after its partial return it stopped completely, the card shows in the spiderbox menu system and says it is valid until may 31st but it will not open any channels.

I tried disconnecting the Ethernet connection completely and turning off the network in the menu's but still cannot get the stb to use the viasat card what am I missing anyone got any ideas?

PS I have tried it with usals turned on and with it turned off if that makes any difference and have been through the manual a number of times to try and find a solution.

Have you tried rebooting the STB?

I've had to do that occasionally with a couple of my cards in the HD9000.

Tried rebooting, removing the mains power and cold boot and switching off/on at back of STB

have you tried switching the service+ off

have you tried switching the service+ off press1111 and see if it helps but you probably done it allready

Thanks for the suggestion but yes I have already tried turning service+ off

Try your card in another stb to check. It looks more than a card fault.
