I have been just loading the latest patches by dragging them onto a USB stick and loading. I have never used the "add-on" and dont see it on Fenekis patches?
I dont do CS which I presume it is for? so it it any use to me for anything else. I have looked in the Sticky which says "load add-on" but doesnt describe it or locate it?

Here's the 'Add-on' you require mate - as it seems the original link has been deleted somehow:-:respect-037:

Nice one holmroad!

Not patched a 6900 before, getting one 2nd hand, do i just patch it with 741p firmware then this one straight after?

You can always TRY that mate, but to be strictly correct and to prevent corruptions which may already be there, you could choose to carry it all out in the following sequence:-
1 insert memory stick containing patch, add-on & latest softcam
2 Back up channel list (if there are channels/satellites already on old Technomate)
3 Factory reset
4 Load 741 - the 'basic firmware' from Technomate website
5 Factory reset again
6 Load Patch 741P followed by Add-on
7 Reload channel list (or one provided in firmware section)
8 Load latest Softcam file

Then you should be up & running mate - good luck!:respect-039:

@holmroad

got it working great mate - one problem though, i have dhcp usage on and it picks up my addresses and gateways but after 2 seconds they all default to 000's - (i am trying to connect via a vonets wireless unit which states that it is working. I have manually added the addresses with dhcp off but still won't connect. Any ideas?

no worries - it's just decided to start working for some reason.

Hi - I'm having the same problem on 741p on UPC here in Dublin - defaulting to zeros after 2 seconds. Doesn't happen on 742p but there are some USALS issues on that patch. Wrecking my head - any ideas?

Well I use 742P as all round I find it the best - but until Technomate give us a new patch AND Add-on - much awaited for SO many reasons, we have to be content with an older version of Cccam!:respect-applause-00
