dish stuck on thor

hi all .i have a problem.i cannot change satellites on my spiderbox 9000 hd, stuck on thor could anyone help please:confused::confused:

hi is the light glowing green on the rotator ?
and if so will it move by manuelly pressing the buttons on it ?
no light indicates a power problem
check all cables first and are you getting a signal on thor ?

Maybe your using a V box and it needs reset, happened me.

as alboke says. loose cable first check. then see if motor moves using buttons on motor. if it does then look at receiver settings.

how do you know it is stuck on thor !!, are you receiving transmissions if so seems tuner is working , like was said above look for the green light or if prob motor light will change to amber.
