Rf output question

A while ago i re-routed my TV through my spider box around the house
with no problem,(i think) all free view and analogue worked fine, plus spider on RFchannel 51

I have not tried it for a while, all work now except for my spider box all channels pass through as if its loop through

there in no free view/analogue frequencies(new or old) to interfere with my box

did or have they change something thru software updates

any suggestions please

Have you carried out a factory reset recently? Go into the Spiderbox menu and check that the RF output hasn't returned to its default setting.

Been reset several times all thats side is correct, thanks anyway,

Add to this,....... just done a full reset Recovery Tool RS232 (serial cable)

and it works
