Hi all
been seeing these fortec star petal dishes on **** , they seem very cheap at £180 for a 2.4metre dish , i want nilesat but if they are no good then will stick to my channel master 1.2 metre , thanks in advance for any help guys:respect-067:

Forget all about getting a FortecStar 2.4m to perform well- they just are not built well enough. The sheet material is so thin that it distorts easily.

They DO WORK, but build quality is nowhere near a CM. It depends on your location whether you will get nilesat..... southern England yes, but the further north and west you go, the weaker the signal. They get nilesat in Hull on a 2.4, But in Bolton a 3 metre is needed.
