motorised dish problem

i installed a tm 2600 motor and a new 1m dish on a 3m pole on the back of the house , going from 1w eastwards i can get all satellites ,5e ,7e ,9e ,10e ,13e,16e,19e,28e,33e,39e,and 42e. Trouble is going west from 1w i can get 1w, 5w , 8w ,12.5w, 15w .then nothing , if i get up the ladder and push the lnb arm upwards about an inch i can also get 22w, 27w and 30w ........ does anybody know why the dish seems to be dropping down just that bit too much , checked pole and seems perfectly verticle , could it be i have slightly tightened the motor more on one side than the other,

your motor needs moving slightly to the west
you have the ark to the east but you are going under on the west

thanx for a quick and what sounds likethe correct solution, how would you go about doing this,could i just turn the pole slightly or is there a more accurate way .................thanks for your help ...
