channel 4 HD ?

should i be able to see this channel on my dm500hd , its in catseyes list ive d/loaded but says "service not found in pat" . if i should be able to clear it whats the freq and s/r . thanks

Try rebooting e2 m8 to see if that makes it work ok

If you already have 12607v stored delete the transponder and re-scan in S2, then it works ok fta.

have restarted E2 and its still not there its on channel 4HD but says "service not found SID not in pat" it says this on quite a few channels what does this mean? its the lates channel list . and when i go into menu to check tp its saying 11798H 27500 . how do i delete the tp on the dm500hd or check which tps are in box . thanks

On checking last night CH4 HD was working fine m8

There will be an updated e2 settings file out today

Load that & then reboot e2 & let us know if problem is still there
