help with usals

can any one please help me with usals, i have a dreambox 800 with stab 1.2 motor ive followed the intruction in the sticky the dish just moves where it want's to. my longitude is 001.213 west........053.520 north

it has a mind of it's own when i click on a channel on 1 west it goes to astra 28.
