New Bootloader for Atevio 7000 (icecrypt s4000)

Instructions from AAF forum:

Use Porter Express for this.
- turn off receiver
- Mode Software
- File -> choose the ird file
- click on download
- switch receiver on
- wait till "complete" appears in receiver Display
- switch off and on -> finish

Have not tested it myself. Could not find any info on improvement from previous versions.

This won't load onto the Icecrypt S4000 if you are using original Icecrypt bootloader as the ID is different.
I have just uploaded the Icecrypt version.
It does speed up the boot up time slightly and it addresses a few HDMI issues with some TV's
