Corrupted favourites

:confused: I seem to have lost most of the channels on each satellite
Favourites have disappeared each row is now showing a series of Y's.
All I can think of is that I may have unplugged the external hard drive I have attached from the USB port when the Spiderbox was powered up and not in standby?

Any advice appreciated

if you have previously backed up your channel list , factory reset the box , and reimport your channel list after the reboot , and restore any user settings , usals etc
