CAMD3 v MGCAMD EMU - RAI & 2 recordings

i noticed tonight, that if i was recording RAI 1, and changed to RAI 2 using CAMD3, the picture would breakup \ stop etc.

as soon as i stopped recording it would start ok again...so i swapped to MGCAMD - no problem, could record both at the same time and change to RAI 3 and that unscrambled also.

I cannot clear cyfra+ channels using genuine card (mediaguard/seca) with anything but oscam 4066. I do picture freezes etc with this setup.
Has anybody got any suggestions? Would really appreciate it.
