AZBOX elite Tuner

My elite keeps losing the tuner usually after changing channels
Sometimes it doesnt show in menu at all
Set on fixed dish 28e so know signal is good
Reboot sometimes works for awhile
Have reformatted area with no change
Is this a faulty tuner

Just check connection from tuner to motherboard it sometimes comes loose, just refit it
