Spiderbox remote not working

Just turned spiderbox on no response from remote communicating with the box?
Buttons for menus etc work on the receiver.
Changed the batteries still nothing, anyone had this problem?
Is there any way to resolve this?

check the remote is actually working by looking at it through a digital camera and pressing the buttons and you should see the led light up

Mine has gone on a go slow similar to this as well. Turning it off and on normally sorts it out. Not sure if it gets too hot.

Switch the Receiver [OFF ]Kill the Power ?? Switch back on ?? What a few seconds ?? All should be [ OK ]:respect-048:

Soon after posting I went through pressing all the suspect keys.
It could well have been the VCR key.
Now working 100% OK
