ggg hd first time setup help

just got my ggg hd and would like a bit of set up help ie what firmware to put on it its just there is not much info on the site about these boxs and i do not want to balls it up and also what to make sure i have every thing up and running thanks

Hello blakmumba, I have had one for about 8 months now.

It is running on Oscam 1.00 - unstable SVN build #5395. I am expecting the 'gift' to stop working around August time.

I'm not even sure how many channels I'm getting from the gift (G Share) and how many are through the Oscam. I've never been able to watch pay UK channels due to constant freezing, or scrambled message.

I'd appreciate any info or links you could share with me to increase my understanding and to ensure I'm using the box to its full potential.

Hi, regarding OSCAM, this box is notorious for stable running, its better to stick with cccam and newcs (ALOT of people will disagree but believe me, i've got 2 up and running and this IS the best way for this box). Regarding the G-Share i've got quite a few running (will have to recheck exactly how many as box currently lent to my mate). Cannot advise on stable running of pay UK channels as not allowed on forum however if you need further info pm me and i'll walk you through the correct config. What image version are you using?

As promised, GGG HD firmware V2.20 and also V2.24 which includes OSCAM.

ive just picked up the ggg off a mate i cant find any support for it i dont suppose you have a link to the manual or any other forums,ive done a scan of 28e but its picking up 23.5e lol.
