dm800 hd setup

i setup my friends dm800 hd at home where i have diseq 1.2 and 1m triax all chanels working perfect including hd chanels.i took it to his hse where he has sly uk dish and quad lnb but nothing clears.some chanels have 81% signal others 53% nothing clears including fta.could it be lnb or settings ?
any advice pls.

Try sending new settings file (with dreamset or other), or check dish alingment with setup "satfinder" on Dreambox !
Use diferent transponders to be sure !

checked with satfinder getting signal fine,ftp'd new xml file still no luck.

If some channels get 81% and others 53%, something is wrong about the dish/lnb !
Could also something wrong on instalation, Old cables etc ...
Is this a Clone ?
Did you tryed with another settings list ?

Just twisted lnb to the right a few cm and it all fine.
