DM800 Keeps Re-Booting HELP PLEASE

hi all i was watching a recorded program and when it ended and asked if i wanted to finish playing i pressed yes and it just re-booted and kept re-booting.

I have re-flashed the box and when ever i try something that involves the tuner i.e setup or when i install the bouquets select a program it just re-boots again.

dose anyone have any idea as i am lost???

Is this an internal hdd ?
if yes, try to remove and try again.

is this an original dm800 or a clone ?
have you installed any additional software/plugins to the image ?
what image are you using ?
have you tried flashing an alternative image ?
if so did you have the same problem ?
