got a tm5402 on tuesday everything been working ok until this morming when i woke up all my channels were scrambled partner did a factory reset managed to get most thing back but channels still scrambledd can somebody help me pleaseee

Have you loaded in the latest patch for your new receiver mate - this is the latest one posted, always assuming it really IS the correct model number:-
