freeze on 0.8w

was wondering if anyone else is getting a freeze of picture on some of the channels,trying to watch "clash of the titans" at moment.(canel+ first)
freezes for about 2 secs every 30 secs.
no problem with 13/16deg etc.
my signal is very good.

Service+ was down earlier they're probably still working on the servers, hopefully it will improve soon.

Pics cutting out is a real prob with service+ , watch half a film/match/docco and it goes off is killer punch.

If it doesn't improve I''ll get a sub next footy season.

most channels stable for me, accept 0.8w and some on 19e .
i live in a rural village where broadband speed is max 3.8mg, so don't know if that may be the cause !
upgrade my old telephone exchange soon bt !!!!!!
