C4 and film4 problems

Hi im coming up with scrambled when going on film4 and dont get anything on channel 4 have they got new frequencies [Spiderbox 9000hd]

c4HD is on 12607V 27500

c4 SD is on 10714H 22000 where its always been

c4 +1 SD is on 10729V 22000

film 4 is on 10714H 22000 , as is film4+1 too

so I would say no , no changes , and those details above are from my spiderbox , all checked and working fine

Mmm there the frequencies ive got in dont understand that but thks anyway

check a fixed sly dish and see if they work , if they do your lnb or cable is suspect

if they dont work on a sly feed , check your lnb settings are 9750 , 10600 universal

its on a fixed dish everything else ok channel 4hd movies/ sports ect just normal channel 4 [sd] and film4 / film4+1 coming up scrambled im mistified
