bbc i player on samsung

just bought samsung bluray c6800. downloaded the bbc i player. registered online at bbc i player site. on my bluray i get all the search menus to find which programme i want , but it doesnt actually play a programme only gives pro details. any ideas.
i know im connected cos youtube and facebook work fine.

I bought one a couple of weeks ago and found that the software needed updating. If you do that from the menu, everything should be o.k.
I did mine and I can get the BBC Iplayer fine.

thanks. got it sorted by doing factory reset and reinstalling software download. samsung had a few problems and gave me the info after a couple of weeks of looking into it. i pointed out another forum where various threads showed the problem was not unique to me. it was the first they were aware.
