As the BBC coverage is usually a case of showing more of the Radio1 presenters than the bands playing thought might be good idea to post any feeds here

So we can all enjoy the music without the rabbiting:cool:

radio 1 big weekend was on 24.5 west 46mbit. blowing the **** out of the BBC HD PQ glasto might be the same

Yeah enjoy m8. U2 are great live, seen them on all their tours since The Joshua Tree tour 1987. They haven't played festivals since the early 1980's so its gonna be interesting to see the reaction they get from the Glastonbury crowd. Also be interesting to see them without the massive show they usually put on. Looking forward to it! Then its the U2 tribute band Coldplay headlining Saturday!:smilielol5:

BBC HD was about 4 minutes behind the live feed from Sunday Bloody Sunday onwards. Fuc#ing BBC, make a mess of everything. At one point they had Mark Radcliffe rabiting on about how he met The Edge 30 years ago and what a nice bloke he was and at the same time U2 were playing on stage. Fuc#ing dimwits!

Agree with you there

BBC had fantastic oportunity to show the whole show live in HD & made a right mess of it

It finished too early & as u say had Radcliffe talking absolute crap

I caught rest of it on Setanta thankfully

Dont know why they just didnt run whole show on BBC HD -instead of playing musical channels -one minute BBC 4 then BBC3 followed by BBC2
