Premium Plus can support download DVB-S 8QPSK signal? I do not see this option on the menu!

8psk is only available on DVB-s2 ;)

But in Asia there are 4 satellite dish to receive signals of the signal I can not,I heard it Demodulation is DVB-S/8QPSK. Tell me how to accept the program? Thank you!

DVB-S 8psk is not developed as an end user point of view,and you will only find commercial receivers that are capable.
I would find out FIRST what this asian providers are using,most probably is not dvb-s 8psl (unless they use dvb-s TURBO 8psk,you searc for skywalker genpix dvb card that is capable)

Some people say DM800SE FM signal can support only the OS can not support this option function
