got a new spiderbox 7000hd ,but havin problem finding sats have 1.1 motor dish. when i search for sats the quilty line will stays blank .on 28 east now but on motor sat up there is no singal useing diseqc 1.2 dont want 2 swith on gift till i get sats my dish is moving ok just nothing 2 tell me when i am on a sat

is your motor dish setup properly and tracking ok also have you set your long lat in the receiver menu try using diseqc 1.2 manual to find sats or you could try usals auto

all is working ok ,if i change back 2 my technomate i get all sats, the problem is the quilty line stays blank

in that case you need to sort out your satellite settings , either in diseqc or in usals

use an active transponder that you know works and is valid , not just the default first one in the list
