Theres been a re-orginisation of frequencies, probably so they can switch over the most popular channels to bulcrypt paired boxes.

Most channels that have gone from Bulsat frequencies, like PrivateSpice & HustlerTV,are still viewable only for Bulcrypt subscribers through Rumanian "DolceTV"'s frequencies(12647V).
They simply can just add Bulcrypt encryption to their similar channels in DolceTV pack and then just stop transmitting them, avoiding all Irdeto hackers so simply...

That would be a bit of a blow to the Diablo Cam Users.

Bulsat and Dolce providers are sharing transponders at 39e, private spice on 12647v is now shared with both Bulcrypt and Videoguard transmitted.
It saves them doubling up channels and improves Bulsats security.
