Hi RABBY,

When you bought your LW650T did you get two remotes,
or was the Magic motion remote, Extra.
Did you go for the Wi Fi dongle, or hard wire with ethernet cable.

I called in to currys today (14th Feb 20012) after viewing LGs
Add with one of there bosses using the LG magic Motion remote.
He said some tvs will come with two remotes.
At currys the answer was No, the LW650T only comes with the
standard remote. £50 extra for the wand.
Wi Fi Dongle £59 extra. Samsung and others you
have no need to buy an extra dongle.

To me, if the TV need two remotes for ease of use and the
LW650T is the top of the range, why supply a it with one.

If I had a new front and Backdoor fitted and they only gave
me a Key for the Backdoor, I think ?, I would be a Little ****ed OFF.

BF.

If you dont want to fork out for the wand remote and you have an iphone or android get the LG remote app does near enough the same thing and the app is free, I tried it on my LG 55" 550T that i had last year before i sent it back.

And if your wondering why i sent it back easy i had 2 one was a replacement as i though it had a fault with the Picture quality i was wrong if your an avid footy, golf, rugby the LCD is not for you Plasma all the way LCD cannot match Plasma for sports viewing.

Now after haggling over TV's for the last 6 months i had Panasonics and Samsungs, Sony etc... I finally settled on the Samsung 59" D6900 Plasma awesome picture and correctly calibrated blows the LG out of the water even on 3D, and the Sammys have wi-fi built in mostmodels do anyway.

Hi digicon,

How do you rate the Samsung DS900 Active 3D
to the LGs Passive 3D. With the DS900 Can you
Lie on the settee and still receive a good quality 3D picture.
Have you to sit directly in the middle and be at
the same hight as the center of the DS900 screen
to receive a 3d Image,
or can you sit or stand to one side of the screen
looking up at it, or looking down and still receive
a good 3D image.

Im not knocking the Samsung, if there's no need to sit
rigidly in front of the DS900 I my buy one.

Thanks for advice BF.
