No channels opening

I know that people are doing work on the box but for two days now all the channels that can be viewed are free to air.None of my other channels can be watched is it poss that something has gone wrong with the box or is everything down.

Quite a few are down, some on 1w needed re-scaning for them to work for me.

We are losing more than we are gaining at the moment.

Have you checked, to see that you have an internet connection, reboot your modem and router, and then see if you get connected, and encrypted channels should appear, and I have checked on another forum and no one has reported anything similar.
