install this, and ONLY start the plugin
it works on the basis that you've left your ICE on a particular channel, and in the background its building up a temporary recording (timeshift) for that particular channel, which u have not been directly recording it...but gives you the chance to get the last hour or so (not sure how much it goes back, i guess whatever your timeshift is set at) and you DECIDE that want it ....
run the plugin, and it will grab it and save it...pretty cool.
