I have just done a detailed scan on astra 23east and picked up (Nova service) it shows up has scrambled but seems to be open useing diablo cam 0.2, Its a movie chanel in english freq 12168 V 27500 3/4 :respect-055:

If you are talking about Nova tv Croatia ,then yes it does show up as a scrambled channel, but is currently fta.No need for a Diablo cam.

When scanning you get channel info as Nova service
