disconnect all power, hold standy button on reciever for a few second while connecting power. Does it then display an ip address? if it does then type this into your browser and flash a new image. If it doesnt display the ip addy then a reflash with dreamup is required

I download "dreamup patched for dm800 clone".
I download Unofficial dream elite v.133dv3 phoenix edition.
Open dreamup patched, after dreamup repair, klik to flash, but writen "file to big"
the same problem with other image..
How I do now..?http://imageshack.us/f/23/20110724181028.jpg/

I did as you said
I tested for webinterface.
192.168.2.14
In webinterface see:
DREAMBOX 600PVR Webinterface ...(!!!!-my dream is dm800HD clone)
after klik in upgrade image.
select one image gemini 5.01( for dm800hd)and image ends 100% sucsesufelly.
Now in front see only:

You should flash your box using a null modem cable and a network connection using DreamUp. Make sure you are flashing the right version for your SIM. Search for Flashing a Clone DM 800, there are lots of posts that tell you how to do this. I have had similar problems and now use a patched PLi image, there is even a version that includes the bootloader.
