Hi All ,

Does anyone have any contact info for Panasonic Customer Services Europe ? My local (Spain) Panasonic customer care department didn't reply to my registered letter , so I'd like to go one step up and contact the European headquarters . Any info would be appreciated .

It must be in your do***entation, m8.... ;)

One of those docs is all about that... :)

Try this:

support @ eu . panasonic . com

...or...

Thanks , but it's not in the do***entation . I'm looking for an address so that I can write them a letter of complaint . I'll try sending them an email to that address you posted and see if they can give me the mailing address .

He wrote to them and nada...

I spoke to mine and they seemed interested to help...

Hopefully you'll get it sorted... I am interested as I have a 42 inch plasma by them, too....

Thanks Zanadu , but as Blagi said I wrote to them (registered mail) and they didn't even have the deceny to answer me . I'll write a nice letter to Bracknell and see what they say . Nothing to lose . I got quoted between €600 and €800 to replace the panel on my 42" . Might as well buy a stamp and try my luck before binning it .

April 2007 : Bought new Panasonic 42" Viera here in Spain for €1300 .

Nov 2009 : Intermittent contrast fault appears when unit is cold . Still happens in winter .Sent Panasonic registered letter to Barcelona . No reply .

July 2011 : Infamous vertical green line appears in center of screen . Definite panel fault . Quoted between €800 and €900 from local Panasonic service center to fix it . Sent another complaint letter , this time to Panasonic UK . No answer .

Aug 2011 : Got pi$$ed off . Sent another complaint letter . This time to Panasonic Japan headquarters in English with receipt and photocopies of all correspondences .

Sept 2011 : Got a letter and phone call today from Panasonic Spain apologising for all the trouble . They've given me an incidence number and I had to give them the serial number this afternoon . I get the impression that they're going to fix it for me . Saying that maybe all I'll get is a free keyring :)

Just shows what can happen when you go to the top . I'll post back once I know the final outcome .

Picked up , repaired (new €600 panel) free of charge and dropped off by Panasonic Spain . Not a bad return on a 50p stamp to Japan :)
