Hi Chaps,
I need a bit of help
I had the tomtom go 930 come through the post and the maps are very old, so l decided to try and update them
The Navcore version is: 8.351
I made a full backup first
Then removed the old map folder
Copied the new UK & Ireland Maps
Then used BBS Tools to activate the map....but when the tomtom is turned on, it says there is an error when the map that l have installed.
I tried Alberts Activation tool to activate the map, however, when l enter all the details and click to generate the ****.dct file, it states: Wrong DeviceID Symbol.
Any help chaps.....do l have the patch tthome....if so, how do l do this (if lm unable to use Alberts Tool)
