tomtom map v870.3417 keeps losing activation code

i have loaded map v870.3417 onto my navigo and used easy activator to register the map, after activation it works ok but after switching it on and off a couple of times i get an activation failed message on the navigo. i am running navigator 7910. if i run the easy activator again tomtom starts ok but again after a while just stops working. anyone have any ideas?

I used BBS TOOLS to register the map on several navigo`s and have had no problems at all using the exact same tomtom and map

once the dct is on the machine using your navigo id it should work fine
