tm 1500ci tivusat help ?

tring to set up a tivusat sub for elderly friends have tm 1500 patched wii tivusat card work ie activate and udate in reciever ? anyone using this setup ? or do have to buy cam that some sites are selling ? many thanks all who reply

Have you toy the latest patch on ?
works on Tm 5200d+ and a cheap Tm 3500

Works fine in the internal CAM with the patch. No need for extra CAM. The card has to be activated once following the instructions on the website http://www.tivu.tv/sat-eng/tivusat/come-attivare-la-smartcard.aspx

thanks m8 reciever not been used for ages which patch do i need ? and if understand right card needs to be activated before put into tm 15000 card reader ? then will update monthly ? many thantks for reply

The card has to be activated to receive the monthly updates. You need a valid italian "codice fiscale" (tax id) to activate by web.
Maybe you can buy a already activated card. Good luck
