can someone tell me please whats open as regards the main film channals?
i get digitalb and hispasat to open,
canal on thor, nova on 13e, main french n spanish film channals all down on 19e;[

why dont you have a look and do us a list fella. must be the same for us all.

thanks Compass, the problem i am having is that i know what should be opening but the bulk of them arent thats why i wanted confirmation, ie novacinema 1-4 wont open, the canal film channals posted on thor, and dcine canal hd, comedie , canal cinema, cinema classic , frisson, family etc all down for me on astra 19e;[

thanks for the list Aldo , i already have all them channals down in my favs, but most arent opening except on 30w hispasat and 16 east which are fine;[

its well known that nova have implemented ecm,s causing those channels to go off recently

as for 19e , some of them are opening like axn HD , c+ comedia HD , accione HD , dcine HD , eurosport HD , nat geo HD , Disney Cinemagic HD to name a few

you will just have to accept that they may be on , or not , as the case may be

I went through the list today and quite a lot opened , some I had to scan in , and those on 30w and 16e generally worked ok too

if you want guarantees , buy a subscription ;)

Nova is a big problem at the moment as the Provider has introduced countermeasures "Sid Block" this is causing many problems even in CS.

Bis on Hotbird is fine

I know some channels are down on Digital+ but will be back soon

think you really need to get with the program and realise its an up and down situation and has been for some time

first job is to establish that s**vice+ is working for you , so try the channels I suggested and also jsc sports on hotbird , and the ones compass mentioned on 30w as well

assuming you get those channels ok with s**vice+ , and assuming you have the boxer patch from feb 12 2011 , and have ucas turned on and the latest 04 august 2011 HDsoftcam installed then I do not think you need to reset anything , but you may have to do some rescanning like I did today and get your channels up to date

its actually on 11055V 27900 and they are fine using s**rvice+

we hide them in plain sight in the various spiderbox files sections in the sticky threads at the top of each forum
( firmware , softcam.key etc ) :D


ps:- just tested ucas and disney on 9e works ok , as do the channels on 4.8e as well

jsc ok on 13e , and the 11055v 27900 channels on 15.8e , and the HD ones I mentioned last night on 19e , all using s+
